Terms of service

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to protect both your business and ours while ensuring a professional, transparent, and efficient experience.

1. Custom Product Orders

All DTF transfers and related products sold by 36Rush DTF are custom printed per order.
Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be canceled, edited, or refunded unless there is an error on our end.

2. Artwork Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your artwork is correct, high resolution, and legally owned or licensed.
We print designs exactly as they are uploaded. We do not make changes unless specifically hired/requested to do so.

3. Production & Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is typically 1–3 business days, not including shipping time.
Rush orders may be available upon request. Production timelines may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

4. Shipping & Local Pickup

We ship nationwide and also offer in-store pickup in Salisbury, Maryland.
Once a package is transferred to the carrier, transit delays are beyond our control. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or third-party carriers.

5. No Returns or Refunds for Customer Error

As custom products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect artwork or sizing uploaded by the customer

  • Color differences due to screen variation

  • Application errors during heat pressing

  • Change of mind after ordering

6. Our Error Policy

If there is a printing mistake, damage, or incorrect order caused by us, we will reprint and correct it immediately at no extra cost. We may request photo/video proof for verification.

7. Pressing & Application Responsibility

We provide accurate pressing instructions, but the customer is responsible for following correct heat settings, pressure, and equipment usage. We are not liable for results caused by incorrect application.

8. Legal & Copyright Compliance

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own or have full rights to print and reproduce the design. 36Rush DTF is not liable for any copyright or trademark violations submitted by the customer.

9. Agreement

By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
