We specialize in 36-inch wide DTF gang sheets, which gives you more layout space than typical 22" or 24" suppliers. Since the sheet is wider, you can fit more designs, hoodies prints, large fronts, and reseller setups on one sheet — making it cost-efficient for brand drops and production.
2. Do I need print-ready artwork, or can you help fix my file?
We print exactly what you upload, so your file should be high resolution (300 DPI), transparent background, and correctly sized to scale. However, if something is wrong — low quality, white background, pixelation — we never print blindly. We will contact you first before production instead of letting you waste money or ending up with a bad press result.
3. Can I put multiple different designs on the same gang sheet?
Yes — that’s the entire purpose of gang sheets. You can fill the full 36-inch width with as many logos, images, or text layouts as you want. Most customers use this method for clothing brands, event merch, bulk orders, team uniforms, or reseller packs. We do not limit how many designs you include — as long as it fits, we’ll print it.
4. What is the turnaround time?
Most standard orders are printed and shipped within 1–3 business days. If you have a hard deadline or last-minute event, just text or call us first — we process rush orders every week and do our best to fit your timeline.
5. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we ship everywhere in the United States with fast shipping options at checkout. Local pickup is also available in Salisbury, Maryland for those who prefer to pick up directly from our production location.
6. Will the transfers last after washing and stretching?
Yes. We print using premium hot-peel film and high-grade ink, giving you commercial-level durability. Our DTF transfers are wash-safe, stretch-resistant, and crack-proof when applied correctly with proper press settings.
7. What are the correct heat press settings?
Standard press settings for best results are 300°F, medium pressure, 10–12 seconds, followed by a hot peel, then a quick 5-second post press to lock in the finish. We include press instructions with every order to make it simple, even for beginners.
8. Do you offer wholesale or reseller pricing?
