Refund policy

At 36Rush DTF, every order is printed with professional production standards. Because all DTF transfers are custom made-to-order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer errors such as incorrect sizing, layout issues, wrong artwork, or change of mind after production has started.

However — we proudly stand behind our work 100%.
If there is an error on our end, we fix it immediately.


We Will Reprint at No Cost If:

  • The print arrives damaged during shipping

  • There is a defect or print quality issue caused by us

  • You receive the wrong file or wrong size than what was ordered

  • Your order was misprinted, missing, or incorrectly produced

In these cases, we will reprint and ship your order at no additional cost after verified review.


What Is Not Eligible for Refund or Reprint:

  • Wrong size or layout uploaded by customer

  • Low-quality / blurry artwork provided by customer

  • Color differences caused by non-calibrated screen previews

  • Pressing mistakes (improper temperature, pressure, or timing)

  • “I changed my mind” or “I don’t need it anymore” type requests


How to Report an Issue

If there is a genuine issue with your order, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • Brief explanation of what went wrong
