We provide fast, reliable shipping nationwide and also offer local in-store pickup for customers near our production location in Salisbury, Maryland.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Standard production time is 1–3 business days (depending on order volume).

  • Rush orders may be available upon request — contact us before ordering if you have a deadline.

  • Production time does not include shipping time.

🚚 Shipping Options

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipping speed options (Standard, Priority, or Express) may vary at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.

🏪 Local Pickup (In-Store)

Local customers may choose FREE in-store pickup at checkout.

Once a package leaves our facility, transit delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or carrier operations are beyond our control. We recommend selecting faster shipping if you are on a strict deadline.

If a package arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
